In Spring 2026, we are conducting trials on grafted watermelon, irrigation frequency for watermelon and bell pepper, squash variety trials, okra direct seeding versus transplanting, and a tomato heat-set trial. We are also comparing the performance of different mulch types, including paper, plastic, and biodegradable plastic. These trials aim to evaluate yield, disease resistance, and quality under diverse field conditions. Check back soon for the full results and insights once the season's trials are complete.
